We ONLY accept OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) Cartridges and have NOT been previously refilled or remanufactured.
We do NOT collect DAMAGED, REFILLED, MIXED-COLOR or NON-OEM cartridges.
Please do not paste tape on the head part of the cartridge. It
causes damage to nozzle, which then we will consider it as damaged cartridge.
